“The Surry Home”, Restoration of an estate home on Adams Dam Road

A complete "Gothic -style" restoration of a large estate style Tudor home. This restoration was co designed by Sam Rosauri and Artist and Designer Steven Hedges of the U.K. The home resembles a old world European castle, complete with a English Pub. Sam Rosauri of Rosauri Builders was the Owners Representative for over a year assisting in demolition, early sitework, early design, feasibility and financing.

* The Broadmeadow project was completed using a smaller design by another developer.

Built / Renovated - restored/ Demolished over 50 homes in the City of Wilmington, since 1989. Specializing in restoration of homes built prior to 1950.

Collaborated with many organizations like the DE Vo-Tech Schools to provide a “habit for humanity type” of projects where home buyers could purchase a subsidized home. Also teamed up with the Department of Corrections using minimal security prisoners to clean up and board of vacant and deteriorated city properties.
